1. If the destination postal code or city is listed below and a surcharge is listed in the Destination Surcharge column, a surcharge will apply
for delivery of the shipment.
1. 凡目的地郵編或城市如下所列，且附加費已列在目的地附加費（Destination Surcharge）列，附加費將適用于貨件遞送時。
2. If the origin postal code or city is listed below and a surcharge is listed in the Origin Surcharge column, a surcharge will apply for pickup
of the shipment.
2. 凡起運地郵編或城市如下所列，且附加費已列在起運地附加費（Origin Surcharge）列，附加費將適用于收件時。
3. Surcharges marked with two asterisks (**) only apply to Domestic shipments
3. 凡標有雙型號（**）的附加費只適用于國內貨件。
